Order Processing & Handling
Orders placed before 2:00 PM AEST (Sydney) are processed the same business day.
Orders placed after this time are processed the following business day.
Our standard handling time is 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
During peak periods, handling times may vary slightly, but we always aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible.
Transit & Delivery Times
Once your order has been shipped, the estimated transit time is 4–9 business days (Monday–Friday), depending on your destination and local carrier performance.
Total Estimated Delivery Time (Processing + Transit): 5–12 Business Days
We work exclusively with reliable carriers to ensure timely and secure delivery. You’ll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
Shipping Options
We currently offer free standard shipping on all orders.
All shipments are traceable, and tracking details are sent via email once your parcel leaves our warehouse.
Warehouse Schedule & Cutoff Time
Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

Once an order has been shipped, we may be unable to make further changes. However, our support team will always do their best to assist you.
Lost or Undeliverable Packages
If your package is lost or returned due to a logistical issue, please contact our customer service team.
We will promptly arrange a replacement shipment or an alternative solution at no additional cost.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will replace it free of charge.
If a replacement is not possible, a full refund will be issued immediately.
