HOW LONG DOES THE DELIVERY TAKE?
The time period for deliveries is made up of two periods:
1) Order processing time:
Orders placed before 2:00pm AEST are shipped same day. Any orders placed after this time, will ship the following day. Allow an additional business day during peak sales periods meaning dispatch can take up to 3 business days to ship your order and receiving a tracking number.
2) Delivery time:
- USA 5-8 business days
- UK 5-8 business days
- Australia 5-12 business days
- Europe 5-8 business days

Rest of the World 5-12 business days
3) Shipping options:
- We offer free standard shipping for all orders.
4) Warehouse working hours and cutoff:
- Our warehouse operates on weekdays Monday - Friday
- Our cutoff time is 14:00PM daily AEST (Sydney)
CANCELLATION
Please note that once an order has been placed, it cannot be edited or canceled prior to delivery.
LOST PACKAGE / RETURNED PACKAGE?
If a package was lost or could not be delivered due to a logistical problem, we will immediately send a new package. Please contact our customer service team.
How annoying! Unfortunately, it may happen that your product is damaged in transit or that an incorrect product is delivered. We will always send you a new package free of charge the first time, but unfortunately we cannot issue a refund. Will it arrive defective the second time? We will then refund you the full purchase amount.
