If your purchase isn’t quite right, we make returns simple and transparent. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled in full accordance with consumer protection standards.
1. Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
During this period, you may return any eligible item for a replacement or refund — no restocking fees apply.
2. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be in original condition, unworn, unused, and with all tags attached.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt) must be included.
- Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.
3. How to Initiate a Return

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we’ll provide:

Please do not return any items before receiving confirmation, as unauthorized returns cannot be processed.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We carefully inspect all orders before shipping.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately upon delivery.
We will promptly arrange a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.
5. Exchanges
To ensure fast service, we recommend returning your original item and placing a new order for the desired product.
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within the stated timeline.
6. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For customers within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason and without justification.
Returned items must be unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund approval status.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
